AI generated art will destroy MILLIONS of careers

This is a serious economic issue. All of a sudden, any retard can tell an AI art generator what they want, and it spits out virtually limitless iterations of artwork based on said prompt that is better than 99.9% of what most people can draw. Pic related just as an example—typed in “alien city”, took a few seconds and is just as I imagined.

Here are the political implications. It won’t stop with art. AI will soon be able to create music, writing. Lives are being ruined. Look at /ic/ they are melting down.

Should laws be enacted to save artists like me? I eek out a living doing hentai commissions, but AI does it faster and better. THIS IS OUR LIVELIHOOD!

This AI art won first place in the Colorado state fair. Very, very few people can make something like this the old fashioned way, but some retard entered a prompt and won.
