That is somewhat true. If they wait until shortly after Jan 6th, he can take his rightful seat again. Serve two years, and then be able to run in 2024, which he will also win. By their stealing the election and wasting the first two years of his rightful term, he will be qualified to run in 2024. The 2 term limit won't apply. He can just assume full power after Jan, or they can do an election with delegates or however they want to do it. They can declare he was the rightful winner. Either way, he gets more time this way. This will take him to 2028.
