The American people rate the Biden administration very poorly on every issue that is most important to Americans. The Biden administration and their media are desperate to create an issue to run on in the upcoming midterms.

He’s getting his special master to draw our litigation but the special master won’t be able to actually prevent all investigation into the documents he had at Mar-a-Lago. He’s also getting reamed in Georgia on election fraud charges and things aren’t looking hot for him in New York either for the scams pulled by his businesses.
On top of that he has, both directly with his ongoing words and actions and indirectly with his judicial picks back when he was President, managed to doom the Republican Party’s chances in 2022. What by all rights should have been a red wave are now looking like a ripple. If the Republicans fail to take the Senate in 2022 they’re probably gonna step back and finally realize how poisonous Trump is at a the polls and dump him.
Basically, he’s circling the drain. Now Trump is excellent at drawing out litigation but he’s fast run out of options for doing that, and he has a tendency to lose when he actually does get to court. On top of that his current legal enemy isn’t some hooker or ornery workers, it’s the United States government and it’s infinitely deep pockets and relentless patience. Right now the question is if Trump will die before seeing the inside of a jail cell. Personally I’m inclined to think he will do anything it takes to die rich, even if it involves screwing over his own family.
