Euro has definitely slumped because of the gas, because it cripples German economy. But the UK is not reliant on the Russian gas that much. That is why I consider as a possibility that investors don't believe in Truss.

I don't know. Maybe it makes sense to buy Pound and Euro and wait until they resolve that sanctions-gas issue. At least I saw Gazprom shares were up at MOEX when it was announced. But I didn't check recently.

It slumped because that spastic Sunak borrowed half a trillion quid to pay uncivil servants to stay at home for a year and stop pretending to be working. It slumped now because the market was just waiting for the PM results to guage exactly how fucked we are (apparently, it's a lot).
It is indirectly because world market price is up and they pay more. But when Germany will definitely have problems producing BMWs without Russian gas, I'm not sure if the UK would have problems producing Land Rovers, figuratively.
