EU goverents need to brand those people as russian agents and ostracize them from society. By force if necessary. Importance of Ukraine, Ukrainian flag and Zelensky's portrait must be put in major public gathering place with text reminder that they will suffer because they must and if they can't they are not being european civilised people enough and force those who don't comply to look into Zelensky's eyes and say "i cant take it". This is the very minimum europeans should do.
