Look at the actual impact of an earthquake there. The st louis locke is untouched. Any flooding is maintained in nw tn. No city centers are majorly affected. It might suck, but the river will still flow.

Any flooding downstream have little impact. Memphis is on a bluff, it wont affect them. The worts that will happen is exess flooding in nw tn and ne arkansas….but it will make little impact to commerce like you are thinking.
