I don’t know what vacuum boxes are? I’ll try to look them up. We did make some big batches of soup and chili and freeze them, that worked well. I’ll see if I can find the tomato soup recipe a jewess gave me on here.

turns out some tupperware containers can be vacuumed. theres a rubber pipe from your vacuumer that goes in the container. but i think you need to buy special tupperware for that
