He was the equivalent of a boomer, who got into heroin. He wanted to play and just be left alone for his last few years. So no.
I think Jerry wrote most of those songs. I don't know anything about Layne.
probably more blackpilled than redpilled
He would be an /r9k user now.
dont think he was redpilled. just a degenerate addict who was edgy and hated Christianity, but still one of my favorite bands growing up. i havent found anything like alice n chains
nah he was a junkie but rocked pretty hard, dont think he gave much thought to politics
Jerry is an amazing musician, band wouldve never taken off without his skills
>wanted to become a famous singer
>became a famous singer
>then realized being famous includes becoming a literal corpo slave
>all of his friends and family socially manipulate him into further drug and alcohol abuse
>finally says fuck it after losing the love of his life and an hero's
If anything I'd say he was just greypilled. He'd be redpilled if he shot up Columbia Records before he suicided, but by then he was too zonked to even formulate any kind of revenge on anyone.
he was already into heroin way before he got famous user
he was heroinpilled. had some pipes on him though
based Alice in chains video:
I just typed out the entire chorus to man in the box because its a boss song and had to delete it all because it was spam. hate this website and probably not he was too high for that shit
AiC > Soundgarden > piss > shit > Pearl Jam > Nirvana
he was speedballpilled
>Druggy
>Dies of drugs
There's no such thing as a redpilled druggy. Even if he was full on Hitler he got himself killed in a blue pulled way.
Best band of the 90's by far.
And no he was not, he was blackpilled asf.
>AiC > Soundgarden > piss > shit > Pearl Jam > Nirvana
Your rooster's gonna dieeeeeeeeeeeee
JHC that is horrible. Always hated GnR, Jane's was the better band at that time.
But when AIC appeared, the true blackpilling began. Dirt is my favorite album for my darker days.... otherwise only a continuos diet of Thelonious Monk keeps me from checking out of this existence.
Thanks for the reference photo.
No, but he was the best vocalist to have ever lived.
that's beautiful man
He punched some guy at a show for being a naziā¦.very red pilled
