The consitution is ontologically neutral because it is a piece of paper. It would be a stronger argument to say that the founding fathers are bad. You would still be wrong, but you would at least be able to argue the point.

The constitution was based on Natural Law principles, which are very close to Torah/Old Testament Judaism, and staunchly opposed to the slave religion of Christianity. You can bitch about the decayed, leftist, secular Jews of modern America, and they are admittedly pretty cringe and destructive, but the Constitution is Jewish. At least far more Jewish than it is Christian. After all, the founders were men. Men who rebelled against tyranny.
