They're 2 main internal factions within the CCP. They use anything and everything against each other behind the scenes. It's an utterly bizarre power struggle. Suppose he does an interview and accidentally does a heckin oopsie. This would then be utilized by the competing bugmen as evidence that he's a disgrace.
