It all started when men left their shirts un-tucked.

I mean, tucking shirts is one thing. I think it all started when the norms and rules of wearing a suit started fading and people no longer wore their Sunday bests. With less rules to memorise and less etiquette to know, you're kind of bound to become lawless and stupid.
