It's gonna happen

It's gonna happen

Imagine not working whenever you please

Already there my man

fed here
Already happening in fed FTE land
Fridays - no meetings allowed anymore.

I'm already working from home

4 day work weak
4 months of vacation
4 years per sabatical
40 years to retirement
40% pension

there is no way that society requires half of every individuals most active part of life to exist. there would need to be an absurdly high number of middle men.

Yeah, it'll be a 4 day work week at 2 jobs. You poorfags are on the edge of being too poor to eat and now you want to work 20% less?

4 days a week of 10 hour shifts. Same weekly work load but more time to yourself. Less time driving.

I think it beats the 4 3 schedule.

Until your electricity goes out on a Thursday.
If you want people working less, you are a nigger. People need to work more and get paid more.

still 4 more days than your lazy thieving ass ever works

You seem simple minded. You have an A and B schedule. This ensures coverage for 7 days.

The 4 3 schedule that is all ready used has this A and B. My company has a A and B. I get every other Friday off. I use that Friday for doctors appointments and things I need to get done during a typical work day.

>just trust the B team nigger to fix your power and waterlines bro
What could go wrong?

Lol
You do realize a lot of companies all ready make use of alternative schedules.

When I was working for the army as a civilian. They had me working 12 hours a day for 3 days. 4 days off than 4 days on. My counter part would only see me 1 day a week.

You also have people on call for emergency. There would be times I worked 2 or 3 weeks without a day off.

I currently work a 9 80. Decent schedule. Some manufacturing places I had interviewed at did 10 hour days 4 days a week. You were on a or b.

Was that simple enough for you?

I'm not personally opposed to the 4-10's, but the decline from my bosses has been "we're a customer service based company, if you're only available 4 days a week to provide that service, it looks bad on the company". Basically instead of hiring more people as an availability stop-gap, they want us working 50 hours a week. And thats going to be the predominant stopper for most companies;

>how can we provide customer service if you're not available at all normal working hours?!?

>4 day work week
>Work day at home unpaid because they didn’t reduce you workload

Yep and you are going to be paid for 4 days, you are going to have no money left, rent the pod, eat the bug and best of all YOU WILL BE HAPPY

I do like 2 days of actual work a week

dont think so. 6 hours a week, 12 hour per day is legal maximum here.

Will that be before or after the economy collapses totally?

>Noooooo you can't just not give the vast majority of your waking time to your boss

It doesn't work for every industry.
Having a 4 10 schedule if you needed to be open 7 days a week. That leaves you with an overlap day with reduced productivity. Some businesses that would be minor others it wouldn't work.

Some places can just do a single 4 day work week.
