We have to understand that the early human was much more part of nature then us. That means that the population wasn´t massive but a few thousands. These lived in Africa oblivious to anything outside their sphere. One day a few smarter ones who had IQ enough to wonder, what lies beyond? These few smarter humans traveled North and through the founder effect their offspring had overall higher IQ compared to the median IQ of the african population.
This new population met hardship and challenges which required strength and mind. The weaker and dumber died off, while the few that survived the cold north was the strongest and smartest. As such the european and african population grew further apart.
At some point we also mated with the neantherthals, leaving hard proof of our difference compared to the africans. How this affected our mind and body is impossible to say, and I draw no conclussions from it other then that this furthered the gap between african and european.
Thousands of year later and europeans, arabs and asians all had developed empires while the africans still served nature.
This all above follows either reason or fact, and with reason I can say that europeans are smarter then africans.

This would be a reasonable theory if we didn't already know that the high IQ genes started outside Africa, then went to Africa and hybridized with cousin species of early human.
