2000 people could re populate and entire continent if they had a lot of children. People always talk about mixing with foreigners and bleaching them but nobody and i mean absolutely zero people have mentioned genetic bottlenecks. For example the south American German Mennonites speak Spanish but ethnically they have found zero non white admixture and they are all ethnically frisian dutch families, they're pure anglo saxon Spanish speakers. South America is the best place to isolate and maintain a highly knit ethnically pure population in the rural/suburban areas away from the mixed urbanites. As long as the non whites are in cities and the pure whites on the farms then whites can retake the continent by sheer compound interest since conservatives breed like rabbits. Turn the cities into melting pots and have white families block them out from the rest of the country. They would be reliant on truckers bringing food and supplies. Both North and South American could ethnically be more Northern European in just a few generations.
