Can only speculate where psoriasis condition comes from: childhood/parental vaccines? generations of unhealthy lifestyles? gmo’s, preservatives, hormones, in food? radiation from plethora of nuclear detonations since 1940’s?
>have internal and external psoriasis. manifests as sensitive, inflamed, scaly, itchy patches of skin all over my body. internal digestive system tissues are too inflamed and also too fragile to do it’s job properly so I shit out blood. >steroid topical treatments fail. >begin monthly injection of biologic Cosentyx picrel >internal and external psoriasis clear up >side effects include chronic sore throat and ear infection >small benign growths on tongue appear, probably from dormant virus being opportunistic (biologics work by supressing immune system)
What can I do bros? Do I really have to play this balancing act until autoimmune condition or treatment does me in? Just started black seed oil but that won’t be enough
Illnesses are more psychogenic than the pharmaceutical industry will let you believe

You could just put your inferior genetics back into the ground

Eat less sugar. Avoid highly processed foods. Eat your vegetables. Eat less in general. Seems to help me when I have the willpower. Which isn't often due to a very unique situation that stresses me out like you would not believe.
Brayden Price
It can either be an allergic reaction or genetics. If genetics you're pretty fucked.
Christopher Ward
do you have any extraordinary insight on this?
I remember the only other time psoriasis went away for me was at a music festival. I took shrooms and mdma on separate occasions. The mindset shifts and the substances themselves are prominent variables to experiment with but circumstance makes it difficult to actually begin.
Nicholas Reed
go look up the work of aajonus vonderplanitz. you can definitely heal the condition, but you won't do it via pharmaceuticals or anything like that. you may be skeptical but give it a shot. aajonus is hated by the kike jannies here btw so you know his shit is legit
Carter Williams
Probably vaccines or wifi. I use cocoa/shea butter to manage mine.

Welcome in the microbiome era of medicine
Do a stool transplant or check for leaky gut and fix it
There are so many studies on this working which came out in the last 10 years. But you can also make it worse if you do not know what you are doing. Read at least 3 books before you do anything. A children's manual would be supergut
Jonathan Barnes
On the micro and macro level my being wants to maintain homeostasis. If psoriasis can be triggered it can be defused. I believe in genetic healing in philosophical principle but don’t know where to start in actual practice

its vaccines the most that destroyed how you process type 2 keratin. so now you need to take extra care in other ways to give body time to repair itselve. -wash in zones(once head, other time body etc) -find natural/neutral products -eat more fruit -eat type 2 keratin(calamari, shells..)
dont use too much chemistry anyway. good luck
Adam Roberts
>If psoriasis can be triggered it can be defused. ok. for your next trick you can cure cancer with your mind
Adrian Nelson
Thanks for the rec bruder

>vonderplanitz That guy said salt was bad but he never provided any evidence. "salt is bad because it's explosive boom boom".
Adam Hall
I don’t tolerate sugar so that’s not difficult for me but I could eat more veggies. I eat a lot of chicken fried rice and steel cut oats w fruit and nuts.
Why don’t you leave ur stressful situation?

The mind is what causes cancer

Try having a diet rich in fermented foods. Kombucha, kimchi, sour kraut, keifer, cheese, anything fermented! Also no carbs, all protein and veggies. Carbs cause all sorts of issues. No seed oils, stick with olive. coconut oil if you can. I had terrible allergies, food mostly. I am allergic to anything processed, sugar ect. Cutting all that shit made the chronic inflammation go away.
Colton Parker
ah more keratin 2. thanks for the advice. I’ll do more research into this side of things. desu Id bet my bottom dollar is the vaccines that did this to me. Not just from me but the ones my parents took too.
Sebastian Hughes
What does your diet look like? What do you eat and drink, how much do you weigh and how tall are you? How active are you? What do you do for a living? Possible exposure to chemical agents or irritants?
Jaxon Wilson
psychedelics have weird curative effects for gut and skin conditions but it has nothing to do with your mind.
Sebastian Diaz
>Why don’t you leave ur stressful situation? It's not the kind of thing I can just walk away from. Even if I did, I'd end up in the same or worse situation somewhere else. Nobody really understands it but me. Either way, avoiding things that cause inflammation (like stress) should help. It tends to help me. A year or two ago I learned that Tilapia can trigger an inflammation response, so other foods may as well. As you know, psoriasis has different causes in everyone who suffers from it, so you have to experiment.
Michael Lewis
I’ve thoroughly tried this before cosentyx but I think my condition progressed too far for this diet to cure me, alone it isn’t enough for me unfortunately.
I would be interested in going zero carb again though. I eat a shit ton of rice and oats though. That would be hard to replace. Maybe this cosentyx is giving my gut tissue a break I can use to my advantage though.
