Invented 360hp 25cc 2 stroke diesel engine AMA

65-70% thermal efficiency
No NO emissions
Green fuel (no co2 emissions)
Rotary (technically)

pic unrelated to engine layout

How much do you want?

three fitty

kidding nah i need a minimum of 500k to seriously start up

>360hp 25cc
Not in your wildest dreams
gr8 b8 m8

Hello, I'm his agent. His asking price is "three slices of fairy bread and a stern rooting up the back hole". This is non-negotiable.

>70% thermal efficiency
cool my V8 can do that

What's the idling RPM and max RPM? how long will it last at normal running speeds?

I won't say it's impossible, but I doubt it will be structurally reliable for long.

He has explicitly stated that he will accept no fewer than 10,000 roots per minute.

now all you need is an engineer to work out the details and build you a functional prototype, right?

Isn't it past your bedtime?

prove it

no it cannot, i doubt ur v8 is pushing above 30%

What’s fuel consumption like to deliver at say 80% wto?
That kinda power output sounds like just under output of a yanmar 6cxm gte2 ( hate them btw)
I’m assuming intercooler and turbo

over 12krpm max rpm, but im not sure how long itll last

>I doubt it will be structurally reliable for long.
Nah he can take it he's been doing kegels for men

Yeah it was but he called me to deal with his sale pitch in this fucking thread. Are you actually interested in buying or are you just another derro tyre-kicking seppo cunt?

this is the power output without a turbo, fuel air ratio is 0.35:1

What's the diameter of the piston head?

You’d think if it’s kinda rotary and 25 cc the idle speed would be enormous

>rotary
>piston head

Says he can accommodate a "piston head" up to 17cm in girth.

its rotary, no pistons, well not regular ones anyways

not that high rpm just enormous torque

Fuck man, your line pol flow rate must be enormous, and the oil cooler what ten times bigger in surface area of the intercooler, let alone what you need through the heat exchanger. No way you could run that with a radiator

>65-70% thermal efficiency

Not even your mom is that thermally efficient as let my piston go deep into her anal cylinder.

>just enormous torque
Massive, throbbing "torque".

Is this for road transport or marine applications? The amount of cooling required just doing scratch calcs in my head seem to rule out road transport

im currently planning on using liquid gallium as a cooling liquid

*lube oil flow rate

the main weakness with rotary engines is always wear at the rotary seal that then requires the entire engine to be dismantled for maintenance. they are really good designs for torque and power though. look at the mazda engines. great when they work but they tend to wear out much faster than other traditional designs and maintenance is alost more expensive since pretty much everything requires taking the engine apart completely

>lube
Nah just spit mate

yeah im planning on making my seals from a cermet, expensive, but the good thing about high specific power outputs is that i dont need much material in absolute terms even if the material cost per kg is high

also its a very tough design to work with diesel, i dont think many rotary engines have ever been made to work with diesel. the compression required for diesel combustion makes it complicated

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wankel_Diesel_engine

I’d have to think about it, but if for a marine application, you’d probably need split lube oil into 2 sumps (bearings + turbo) and coolant into two or three (block, intercooler, oil cooler)
Lots more parasitic load but hey.

25cc, +300hp yeah imma call that bs.

If you manage to get over 2hp with a 25cc engine, id be impressed

maybe you could figure out a way to coat the metal rotors with a material that doesnt wear as quickly, or even better make them somehow modular so they can be easily replaced instead of having to trash the entire rotor. maybe sort of like a windshield wiper cross section that you can slide in and out of the rotor

Would mean seperate coolant and raw water pumps. Keel cooling would be out of the question

You're alright, fuck. Shame about the flag, I almost don't want to call you a useless faggot.

Sorry mates, my client has just informed me that he's three days into an ice binge so this probably isn't going to be productive. You can keep talking to him if you want but beware he's probably having a wank the whole time.

Don't ever call me for this fucking shit again cunt you owe me half your centrelink now

im looking at this maybe for the apex seals, literally made from platinum but the engine is so tiny itd only cost a few thousand
