Masculinity is often deemed as men suppressing emotions. My mentality has always been that its about control, not suppression of emotions. That's what seperates us from females. Allowing oneself to succumb to how you feel is the opposite of what good men do. Masculinity is not about bursts of aggression. Its about making sacrificing for the people you love and continually perservering in the face of adversity. About not complaining while you do that.
