Police

"Can you step out of the car for a sobriety test"

you do know that you can say no right? always enforce your rights when dealing with police, unless you are a boot liker.

You then be arrested, driven to the station and forced to take a blood test, gg

>you do know that you can say no right? always enforce your rights when dealing with police
cool, do other russians have more bad advice for me?

You are correct but you'd better have a good lawyer.

maybe dont drive drunk so you dont kill yourself or someone else

>take sobriety test
>try to get the high score

>he doesn't know what implied consent means

Any law prohibiting the use of a firearm while under the influence of alcohol is a violation of the second amendment.
Driving a vehicle with firearms mounted to it while under the influence of alcohol is protected by the second amendment.

Argue in court only stupid people argue with law enforcement.

Best advice. Sadly we live in a nigger culture/mindset world. No one will heed to your advice.

>you know you can say no right
>automatic license suspension for 1 year
>car insurance cancelled
>ill just say no to that too
>get pulled over again
>driving without license
>driving without insurance
>driving with suspended license
>go directly to jail if white

>Have 1 beer
>Get pulled over for a "broken license plate light"
>"SIR DO I SMELL ALCOHOL??!"

>Señor bajese a la verga apesta a caguama
No quiero cabron!!!
>Que se baje chingada madre!!!!

110% correct
OP also forgets rights aren't enforced but respected.

this. arrests are meaningless to the white man.

this is probably your best bet if you are actually under the influence since DUI convictions can affect your rights

I can't speak for everywhere - in my state refusing a field sobriety or breathalyzer is assumed to be failing the test. However, if your car is less than 15 years old, lights work, license plate is current, and it looks presentable you'll almost never get pulled over in the first place. My theory is "one crime at a time". Drive drunk, you better obey the rest of the traffic laws. Cruise control is my BFF. Then you just focus on steering.

I don't have rights
I'm American

>say no
>spend the rest of your day at the station
no thanks, but fuck pigs anyway.

>be me
>drive 400 meters to the pub
>get comfortably drunk
>drive home with head sticking out of window because of snow on windshield
>get pulled over
>pretend to have belly ache
>lay on ground pretending to have stomach cramps
>do this for almost an hour
>refuse breath test
>get sent to police office
>do blood test after 2 hours because of police bureaucracy
>blow 0%
>walk home with license
>under

Good luck with that. You'll be forcibly removed from your car after some verbal arguing, then they'll cuff you, and put you in their cruiser. Oh, and unless you hang like a ragdoll when they pull you out of your car, you'll also be booked for resisting arrest. If you yell at the officer at any time while he's carrying you, you can also be booked for "aggravated assault on an officer".

Eventually you'll be driven to the police station, determined drunk, and then driven to a hospital (through the police entrance) and forcibly have your blood drawn. They will then bring you back to the police station, book you, and you'll await a bail hearing. If it's the weekend or a holiday and there are no judges around to set your bail, you will also be waiting in a cell or—this is my favorite—brought up to your local county jail to wait out the judge.

Have fun with your sovereign citizen constitutional law wizardry on a gang of three cops with nothing better to do.
