Windows in Russia and other ex communist countries, which are in hospitals, are extremly dangerous. In 1972 we had a guy jump out of one three times over a span of 45 min, the last time jumping out with his legs and arms already broken. That is how much he hated himself. But it is natural. If I blew up the new dormitory for Military Inteligance officers in Katowice(formarly known as Stalingrod), I would try to kill myself too. And he wasn't even in some provicial hospital either, but in a MSWiA hospital(special hospital ment for goverment and party members).

Really it makes sense.
If you throw someone out of a window it's extremely difficult to prove it wasn't a suicide.
