A really funny aspect of this to me is that blacks love some types of fantasy (wait’ll you meet a black weeb, they’ll be felons doing gangster shit and still into dragon ball Z), but medieval type swords and sorcery shit is NOT one of them. LOTR was specifically written because Tolkien wanted Europe to have it’s own Eurocentric mythology. The actors who took these roles didn’t give a fuck about LOTR/ Tolkien, they at best wanted a job and at worst enjoy the subversion. The question then is who the fuck is this supposed to resonate with? Sadly I think the answer is self-hating whites, and the rest is Amazon’s willingness to spend over a billion dollars to demoralize whites and show their support for the direction decided on by true power brokers.

House of Dragons wasnt that bad? If it's getting shit from both sides NYTs, "Let's Just Not Watch House of Dragons!" that's usually means it's at least worth me making my own mind up about it. First 15 minutes were sorta like, fuck are they really doing this? Then they relax. Second episode was not even that progressively metapolitical. Anyways, I watch it when working out and by now can watch some medium progressive stuff and look past the things I disagree with if the rest is good. Cargo, Black Summer etc have me not getting my hopes up though. They started out good and then just ... devolved into an absolute orgy of anti-White shaming. Lastly, i would enjoy pointing out, for those keeping track at home, that I *still* relish Roy Dotrice reading ASOIAF and lol when he does that God awful (and quite problematic) Asian accent... or is forced to read aloud, in his British accent, some horribly ...cringey YA shit like Jon Snow, all Medieval and rattling in accoutrements of Olde English going, "LETS DO THIS!"
