AI will greatly interfere with visual artists of all kinds, you can shit out avant garde outfits in 2 seconds
AI will greatly interfere with music, it will shit out samples and new sounds easily
AI has no desires, so anything that doesnt require desires will be completely replaced by AI
Creation of art, to be relevant to humans, requires desire, a need for something, so artists will never completely be out of work but AI will help them
If someday AI somehow developed its own desires then it would be game over. Until then it is simply a (very) great tool. It doesnt do anything super accurately but it is good for like, concept art and shit like that, as it merely suggests (so far)
So basically, are there any jobs that are completely future proof? As I said, they need to play with our desires, so that only us humans can understand them. So far I believe game designers have a pretty damn AI proof job. How could AI know whats fun in a game? They would only make shitty templates but it would require human intervention. Any other jobs like that?
This is good, it will fuck with gatekeepers. The more people are to produce their own content the better. You want to make a book for your kid? Easier than ever now, use ai to create images based on your prompts

That's not dalle 2 is it?

Cool thanks, dalle 2 half the shit I prompt is "against guidelines." Bullshit
Jose Wood
Stable diffusion too but you can work around a bit more than lets say midjourney I even managed to generate a tit
Eli Ramirez
>I even managed to generate a tit Doing the Lord's work out here, good on you.
>AI will greatly interfere with visual artists of all kinds Good. They need to get real jobs. Anywhoo, who’s doing AI-porn yet?

The love child of greta and putin squatting in a field of poop sniffing a waffle?

>Opening Pandora's box >attempting to gatekeep Pandora's box I can't see that ending well

>what you're doing is hurtful and causes suffering These people are deranged and need a reality check. By now even a boomer should realize that a digital "picture" is just 1s and 0s. Even if it outputs a picture of a jew sucking Hitler off while he screams nigger, its still not anything more than 1s and 0s.
The same could be said of any photograph, even early ones; the only sort of assurance you had that they were formed by an actual camera taking a picture of a real event is that they appeared difficult to forge, which was obviously not true as Stalin proved. Hell a lot of them even extend the same mindset to drawings, something even a child knows is completely fake. I'm surprised this garbage is admitted as evidence when anyone at any time could have tampered with it.
However we've still got masses of morons, even on this very basket weaving forum, that believe a discord or twitter screenshot is irrefutable proof that said message actually occurred, so I don't see this mass delusion going away any time soon.
Yes, technology is a tool. This is like when machines started taking over manufacturing and large industries. Truly good artists with soul will survive, shitters without soul won't be able to compete with a soulless ai and get swept away. There is no stopping this.

Underrated analogy. Fuck these cocksuckers

>are there any jobs that are completely future proof Sucking dick.

It's rather spooky to consider. Years of culminated muscle memory and fine motor skills to create an illustration envisioned by the human mind VS a bit of code that manufactures a clever photobash of already existing assets in mere moments. Seems like this would lead to further cultural stagnation and loss of manual skills, as more people will opt for the no-effort road the algorithm provides instead of putting in the time and training to git gud the old fashioned way. On the other hand, maybe the pure-human work will rise in value from the scarcity. Who knows. Art industry is silly.
