I have Portuguese neighbours that are always screaming in the ugliest-sounding way possible, as if they're doing it on purpose. sure, I understand that. A basque or asturian has a somewhat different look from an andalusian, but the variation is slight. A person from extremadura and one from cascais would be impossible to distinguish and say who is from where with 100% certainty. Now a person from extremadura and a roman would be much easier to distinguish.
