Very based but I won't be joining in. I'm sorting my own shit out in my own ways at my own pace. I look forward to seeing others thrive and some good advice nonetheless.
>Cut all pornography and masturbation Use to be a heavy jackoff like jacking off once every 2 days but I gave up and used herbs and medicine (weed and tobacco to stop) >no alcohol, drugs, vapes, smoking etc. Cut that poison out >Doesn't know the health benefits of weed, tobacco (natural and not chemically produced), and drinking (wine) I do 4 times a month and smoke a cigar, cigarillo, and cigarette all one by one 2 times a week. I have been healthy ever since and haven't had stress at all. >Work out atleast 4x a week. Doesn't mean you have to work out at the gym, you can also do it outside Go out on long bike rides and go to the gym and do full body workout Monday, Wedsenday, Friday, and Sunday. >no sugary drinks. Cut that poison out Never drank any so I am good >cut out coffee completely or cut it down never drank any so I'm good >meditate I pray 5 times a day >reduce your carb intake and eat mostly animal protein and fats Yes, I eat natural burgers, fried chicken, spam, potroast, and corn as well as fruits and vegetables grown out of my backyard.
>look after yourself, get a haircut, shave, shower, brush your teeth etc I got a good mullet, sideburns, goatee, and mustashe and shave myself to look dapper. I brush my teeth two times a day. and take a showever once every 3 to 2 days. >read some redpilled books or listen to audiobooks I read books from iron gates as well as Mein Kampf and the Bible. >get 7-9h of quality sleep a night I sleep at 10 PM in the night and wake up at 12 at noon I sleep pretty good. Also got a good lean body and am practicing Christianity. Jah Bless you my Judahite user.
It's a waste of time, preening faggotry like a woman.

>Sit in comfy (not too comfy) and peaceful place >Close eyes
Now there are a few phases that'd I'd recommend you go through.
>Look at your thoughts >That's it >Just pay attention to them >As if they were cars passing on a street before you >Do not lose focus and do not try to interact with them, stop them or change them
When you have that down
>Pick something to meditate upon >Could be a train of though about a spesific topic (although i recommend something more simple) >It can be a word, phrase or mantra >It can be repetition of a prayer >Focus on whatever you pick and nothing else >Let no other thought interfere or interupt your chosen thought
Finally when you have that down
>Clear your mind >Clear it from any and all thoughts >Keep it clear and empty and zen >Focus on the clarity >Gaurd the clarity
My final piece of advice is (perhaps better if I am cryptic about it) When you swim against the stream you will go nowhere and exhaust yourself, only when you decide to swim with the streat might you get somewhere and perhaps even steer
There are CEOs and academics with families who have time to run and do some pushups at least twice a week dum dum. t lazy mexican "tradcath" who feeds on goyslop

>>Cut all pornography and masturbation Hardest one, can avoid fapping but porn cravings slip in with my visiting of this site, hate getting news and information from most places. >>no alcohol, drugs, vapes, smoking etc. Cut that poison out Easy >>Work out atleast 4x a week. Doesn't mean you have to work out at the gym, you can also do it outside Got it >>no sugary drinks. Cut that poison out Juice and tea? >>cut out coffee completely or cut it down Easy >>meditate 3rd hardest, I just have other routinely things that makes this difficult to practice consistently >>reduce your carb intake and eat mostly animal protein and fats 2nd hardest, I eat meat and digest it like a cheetah, and I run out quick, carbs I need for energy and fruits and vegetables I metabolize way too fast and have to shit it out in like 7 hours, carbs stay in and I don't gain too much weight from it, can you eat rice and whole wheat since that has nutrition. >>look after yourself, get a haircut, shave, shower, brush your teeth etc Easy >>read some redpilled books or listen to audiobooks Got a few but what's engaging that has an audiobook on youtube or National Internet Archive. >>get 7-9h of quality sleep a night 4th Hardest, have to pee in the night and it ruins my sleep, I try the 64 oz a day routine, but christ my body refuses to keep water in for as long as an hour. Solid list but needs some exceptions to diet and examples for alternatives

Well in some meditations yes. But don't worry there are plenty of others.
Thise I recommend shouldn't be impossible (perhaps challenging as meditation sometimes is)
It may even help your aphantasia (guessing)
I'd recommend going at meditation all natural but if you find it impossibly difficult or dreadfully boring then I'd recommend downloading an app called headspace and doing the free intro course lessons

Simplest form is to observe your breathing. The other user gave you good tips but I give my own advice. Sit down without leaning into anything, but try being relaxed. You can close your eyes or keep them open and look down around 45 degrees. Then just follow your breathing. Don't try to control it, just be aware of it. If your mind or eyes wander just resume to the original position and continue being aware of your breathing. Don't chat with your inner voice and ignore what ever your mind props up. Let them just pass by. Don't try to resist anything either. Just focus on observing your breathing.
