You could have proven websites actually can't be disabled through Cloudflare, but then you would have needed to take the heat for Dailystormer and 8ch when they were in the news. Since those were easily disabled, of course other parties will ask you to do the same for websites that bother them.

There are other services that have similar products like Akamai, I'm guessing none of the big ones will take a site that's already been publicly dropped by Cloudflare though.
