I've seen a photo of a newspaper reporting on an incident like this posted on here before but I don't have it saved. In the USSR, the Stalin promoted "Socialism in One Country", promoting nationalism and building up Socialism (centering your economics around the good of the people) in one nation, and in Romania, Ceausescu promoted "Socialism in One Family" (building up Socialism around one ethnic group, one race, one nation). If Stalin hadn't died in the 50s, he would've ramped up the anti-Jewish campaign in the Soviet Union, leading to the deportation of all Jews in the USSR to Siberia.
