Yeah I do believe it. I KNOW people are stupid. When I went to Las Vegas I knew I was going to leave with less money than I had upon arrival. Those casinos -- that whole city -- dont stay in business by buying everyone a new house. I was laughing when I played this video roullette game. I doubled my last bet each time, trying to break even, betting red every time, and for the last 12 rolls it hit black. If any of those 12 spins had gone red I would have broke even and quit. So I never played another video casino game after that ;) I am not stupid though so I only lost $20 or so

It's quite hard. Not as hard as you think, but you need a good team. I had already people who I worked before in IM (Internet Marketing) and we made good money together so decided to open an online casino.
We are operating on a Curaçao license, it's not that hard to obtain, there are information on Google about how to get one. But we preferred to hire a consultant to guide us.

You need good people and you need to build a relationship with them and their families. I go on holidays with my bussines partners and their families so there's trust. Also, the common interest we have keeps us from stealing from each other.
