China has its flaws but I think it's on the right track. It still allows private property, but it curbs the influence of the billionaire capitalists and it has lifted millions out of poverty. I think Xi, contrary to the expectations of the capitalists, wants to return to the basics instead of straying further away from Chairman Mao's thought. And let's be honest, China is the only country that stands a chance against Yankee imperialism. I may not agree with EVERYTHING the CCP does, but it's still leagues better than any other country in the world and we have to support their struggle so that the revolution may spread elsewhere too.

Spain was a case in which the capitalists sabotaged the revolutionary government. Had guns been delivered to the people in a timely manner, then fascism would have been destroyed. Regardless, Hitler's hordes were destroyed and Franco's legacy was destroyed. The rest is just cope, Stalin pretty much singlehandedly defeated fascism while the capitalist forces had been humiliated by the nazis. Once the soviets started pushing the fascist beast back, the capitalists managed to make a breakthrough.

Based To Trotsky's credit, he was a military genius whose contributions to the triumph of the revolution cannot be understated, but Stalin's strategy of socialism in one country is much better. A beacon for socialism is much more effective than a collection of shithole, poorly prepared countries going red, since the capitalistic industrial capacity and financial resources would easily crush them without the leadership of a major player.

I think Deng walked a difficult path. It could have easily dismantled the entire work of Chairman Mao, but on the other hand it was probably understandable given his circumstances. I'm glad he didn't make the regime about himself like Mao tried to do, that's how movements die. The institutionalization of the CCP and its solid establishment in power was a good thing and China now reaps the benefits. If Xi wasn't correcting his course a bit I would probably think worse of Deng, but things turned out OK.
