I did that for years before I got a trade. Yeah it can be harder than it looks, but most baristas are useless. Cant adjust grind, burn their milk and just act like entitled fuckwits all day while making shit coffee. I used to go to work stoned because of how easy that job was. I was head barista and promoted to a managerial position because I was so good. Don't listen to this dumb bitch. I'd honestly argue a bad day waiting tables is harder than being a barista. You kust stand there and make coffee all day, something I can do with my eyes closee because im not a useless worker. I was never formally trained and was praised by most of my customers over the years. Mostly self taught and highly regarded, what a difficult job.

Put the ten to ones on the grill, push button, pull tray of last burgers out and put it in the warming slot. Put fresh tray in, start wiping down a surface and wait another 50 seconds for the platton to rise and pull the burgers off, put in tray, repeat. I did this for years. It's incredibly simple, if I were still doing this today, I would deserve less than $5 an hour for being such a worthless human.
