There is no standard definition for lower middle and upper class. What do you think it should be?

Upper Class: Non-wage income. More than one home. Can vacation anywhere at anytime.

Middle Class: $40K-400k income.

Lower Class: wage income alone cannot support a family, depend on some type of welfare.

By whitness.

How is 25k middle class, whats full time minimum wage?

Many poor white people on the draw. Lots of black millionaires.

70k is barely middle class in Canada

Upper class should be like a million annually and up.
A guy who has 2 million saved lives much much much more like a guy who has 40k saved than he lives like a guy who has 200 million saved.
Different universes entirely.
They don't even get the same diseases they're so far away from us.

You either own income generating assets or you work for an income. That's the class distinction.

Brhu, you can put $10 in an Apple stock and "own income generating assets"

These figures are 20 years old you disingenuous faggot

Yes, living purely off investments is the only upper class.
If you ever have to work a day in your life you're middle class at best.

The middle class is 2x the national average income.
If the average american makes 50k dollars, clear each year, then the middle class would be 100k clean.
None of the numbers in your income picture would be middle class.

I make 100k and im poor

>tfw lower class

CA here, specifically SF, We make ~$170k/year combined, and feel like lower middle class. Everything is fucking expensive, and every month we break even on our budget or go over.

LOWER CLASS: $101K household

>Income by Class
>… in 1990

antifa tier brackets.
imagine lumping Bill Gates with some dev ops nerd making 120k

From my experience in current Cindia.
Upper class: 401k+
Middle class: 76k-400k
Lower class: 0-75k

If there was a standardized measurement, then there would be statistics. The government could become accountable for the shrinking of the middle class and increasing income inequality.

Those numbers will never become public. It's just this crisis to that crisis until nobody can do anything about it.
We live in bleak times.

15,080. Before tax. Which is less than gibs by the way.

jeez whats keeping you in cali?

>2000 and 2003

any wagie job seems middle class because if you lose your job you can get drained so quickly
even if u have 1m saved you wont be able to pay off your mortgage without a steady stream of income because interest rates, utilities, taxes, etc fuck u annually
if u make 330k w/out tax youre going to be making under 200k w/
in cities or dense suburbs youre still gonna be stretched thin
we're all cattle class even with bells and whistles to keep us entertained. the only difference is some slaves have cardboard mcmansions and others have smaller ones. obviously it fucking sucks to be poor but none of us have as much freedom as we think, financially too.
