I work evening shifts so I have noticed that during the day the usually really quiet neighborhood is suddenly completely fucking packed with parked cars. Started like 1 month ago. Falling home prices would have been a good hint, same with falling costs of just about everything given that the demand would drop by 20%. The fact that prices are rising is a sign of both supply chain issues and high demand.
