During the pandemic, I lost 50 pounds. I started eating better and monitoring portions and caloric intake. It got easier and easier to not eat garbage which I was only doing out of laziness and depression. As the weight came off and healthy habits replaced bad ones, the depression ceased. I treat food in a utilitarian fashion. Fuel. I sperg out and eat dinner with my frens once or twice a week but we dont eat goyslop unless its tendies. My point is, fuel your body and your mind and lost of other kike/nigger tendencies will fall away like a husk and you will feel better frens. These white niggers eating all that sugar from WalMart are fucking useless.

This is exactly what I do user. I cook my own meals with the exception of dinner out 1-2 times per week. Learned this from taking care of my grandmother who was on a fixed income. It's a good habit at any age.
