Kinda. Gotta understand you're in a PC game and there's literally nothing outside the edge of the map/skybox. Closest thing to outer space are other servers. It is possible to go there, but it's astral projection, dreams, and maybe UFO tech that can teleport. Impossible to reach other worlds with rockets though
