So, there's mixed info about what's going on with the FRT-15 due to the patent lawsuit involving Rare Breed versus the people who make another version of the Wide Open Trigger where they basically told the court it's a "machine gun". So does this mean in terms of the 2nd Ammendment? Why is the ATF allowed to make laws up on the spot? How is that Constitutional? I firmly believe all gun laws are unconstitutional.
Political implications of the Rare Breed FRT-15 trigger and the ATF
Who make another version of the forced reset trigger, I meant, which is called the WOT (Wide Open Trigger)
They can't arrest you until a court order is issued. All gun laws are against the 2nd though.
Why does telling the court "it's a machine gun" carry any legal weight? It either does or does not fit the legal definition. If they told the court "it's not a machine gun", that would, of course, carry no legal weight whatsoever.
Big Daddy Unlimited got a compamy to make one (((inspired))) by Rare Breed after they heard ATF shitfest coming downstream
Dunno, but it sounds like that's what the ATF is using to pull their faggotry
The funny thing is that according to their own definition of what a machine gun is, a forced reset trigger isn't a fucking machine gun. You're still pulling the trigger for every one round, this thing just allows you to accomplish it at a faster rate. The ATF can go fuck themselves. Nothing will stop me from installing one should I want to.
I figured I'd make this thread to see what the scoop may be because I only know of it through seeing a few videos of forced reset triggers in action. Seems cooler than the binary triggers, though. So what does this mean for binary triggers? I've almost bought one a few times but end up spending that money on a firearm or optic because it seems kind of gimmicky
I agree, just curious to hear others opinions on it. I wonder if they're gonna no knock people who bought them because I was reading that they could subpoena the post services to see who all they shipped to
Binary triggers are indeed gimmicky and seem unsafe at least to me. Just print a boogle and toss it when you're done.
