Servers in the US are paid a very low flat rate. Tipping encourages them to do a good job (aka give a fuck). Most whites reliably tip 15-20%, which is customary in the US. Niggers usually don't tip and then act surprised nobody wants to be their server. They're also usually obnoxious and demanding while not tipping.
