You go to any major city and the homeless populations have increased exponentially, and yet, real estate prices and rent keep going up. The OP is saying this is not all US money. Most of what's fueling this growth is coming from overseas investors who want their money secure. Owning real estate in America is viewed as a highly secure investment because we are protected by 2 oceans and our military.
OP insinuates that WW3 with China and Russia will begin around late September. If this happens, the belief that those investments are "safe" plummets along with the stock market and everything else.
We all know deep down something big is coming. The vaccine deaths are real. They have to come up with ways to keep people distracted. War is an excellent opportunity for that. Perhaps my subconscious knows this because I've been working out regularly nearly everyday for the last 4-6 weeks as if something knows I need to be physically prepared for what's in store. I think this is going to be the time where we either sink or swim. The normies don't even have a clue any of this is happening. It's up to us to become leaders when SHTF.
