If you want the real, non meme, effort post answer, it goes back as far as a book called The Mass Psychology of Fascism by a jew named Wilhelm Reich. He wrote that the building block of fascism and authoritarianism is the traditional family unit with the father in charge. He said that the best way to avoid fascism or authoritarianism is to essentially break apart the family unit by introducing sexual liberation to children. Freud had similar theories about creating "dynamic societies" from sexual liberation.
There have multiple times when the left have openly tried to make communists out of children by molesting them. It's not about communism though, it's about liberalism or at least anti fascism/authoritarianism. They see sexual liberation for minors as a tool for very effective indoctrination and compliance assurance.
