I wish I could agree brother but at 34 I'm starting to feel how tired I am. When I was a teen I was a landscaper for an owner who literally just built boulder walls for a living. Just rock wrestling all day long. I started at 6am every day and started drinking at 5 and fell asleep at 3. Somehow was able to make that work 3-4 times per week.
I know an insomniac. Hes a firefighter, an EMT, An attorney, a CMA, built his house from the ground up, a national guardsman, an avid hunter, has a wife and three kids.
That sucks ass of course. I sleep three hours, are two hours awake, and then another three. I dont sleep fully six or seven hours and thats not even healthy.
Meditate to learn how to stop thinking and then when you’re trying to go to bed just actively stop thinking
I go to sleep at 1-3am. Wake up at 3-5am. Try to drink a couple strong drinks and go back to bed, but always just lay there until alarm goes off. I get to the point of being relaxed enough not to want to move but my brain never shuts off

The only joe rogan thing I've ever listened to was when he interviewed some sleep expert. He's had interviews I've tried to listen to but can't after 10 min. Somehow YT directed me to the one with the canadian sleep expert and it was fascinating and the dude was a great listen.

Im addicted to the internet so shutting off the Wi-Fi was hard. However it was worth it to finally get my heart and mind back to normal.
