But actually, there are genes that are related to empathy that Europeans have in high frequencies consistently. There is a distinct lack of these genes in SS Africans, and also in Blacks, which is why we can see less expression of empathy on a neural level through fMRI scanning. However,cthey c feel more empathy as a tendency for individuals if their own race who are suffering than do modern American Europeans/Whites (study used Katrina victims as visual stimuli for Blacks, I don't recall what was used for Euros).
