You really should look into this story. Kyle Odom was a military trained marksman, and a good one at that. The pastor he shot got hit in the head and upper torso multiple times with .45 ACP fired at very close range. Said pastor walked out of the hospital literally 3 days later, and is now a high ranking politician for seemingly no reason. No doubt Kyle was in the middle of a psychotic break when he did all this, but if he had just found out that aliens had infiltrated Earth and nobody noticed or cared i think he had good reason to go insane temporarily.
