In Germany we have a tiered system. You can buy premium healthcare, if you don't, you will get the socialist version where you pay according to paycheck, and you receive what is deemed necessary.

On top, it's tied to work or NEETbux in one way or the other. In the case of NEETbux, you have to be a renter without any property (not even a car) before getting the welfare.

Too many goyslop eating retards in the US who will strain the system with a common cold or scraped knee. Oh you have a broken arm? OK here's your ticket you have a 45 hour wait time. Only way it works is if you're required to pass a physical that states you aren't retarded, obese, use alcohol 4 times or less a year, etc. Only clean healthy people should get free healthcare. medicare for all wouldn't actually change anything. i work in corporate finance at a major pharmacy benefit manager. leadership expects the most likely outcome for "healthcare reform" to be a continuation of what's already happening. private industry scams will never be dismantled.
