What can be done about the falling birth rates in developed nations. Why aren't any pointers being taken from other countries where birth rates are still higher

Put a tax on real estate that increases with every piece of real estate you own so that it's no longer profitable to own a ton of real estate.
This will crash the housing market bubble for good and put an end to speculators and financial parasites driving up the price of housing and rent.
Then give out government credits to wiorking class families so they can build homes.
All of this requires a total crash of the economy, and an economic depression.

I remember reading an article about how in Scandinavia they could not find a person under 25 that believe in God. Other than refugees. Not a single white person believed.
