What are the political implications of reaching 400 IQ

My iq has been drastically increasing for the past few years. This has caused me to be in a constant state of depression to the point where i'm unable to kill myself despite all the flowing suicidal thoughts i obtain every single minute. I have also developed the ability to remember every single dream and to memorize items at a single glance.
