The population over whole Russia is pretty homogeneous. Basically It is Russians everywhere, so why should they secess. So it is highly unlikely that it's going to happen. There is some regions where Russians are not the majority, Yakutia for example, but they are enclaves. The only exception to this rule is Chechnya iirc.
