figure out how much the booze you drink costs
then project into the future say, 1 or 2 years
if it costs you 10 dollars per day, in 2 years thats $7300
or whatever
project that forward, and save that money. save it in an account or a jar or whatever
and promise yourself plane tickets to go somewhere
don't think about drinking, think about how you're gonna go somewhere cuz you're not drinking
all those bad feelings? they're to get you somewhere
all that stuff you're avoiding? it's going to take you to the place you want to go
all you have to do is save that money instead of spend it for a couple weeks, and you're as good as gone to wherever you want to be
don't visualize your disappointment in yourself today or tomorrow
visualize your excitement when you're there in a year
