Well then he literally can't run in 2024, since the 22nd Amendment prevents anyone from being elected to office more than twice. Its wording is clear an unambiguous: "elected". It's irrelevent whether or not you actually get to serve your second term.
In order to legally run in 2024, Trump will had to admit that he lost in 2020. Otherwise he's already been elected twice and is Constitutionally disqualified from running a third time.

The wiggle room here is the electoral college. Trump unambiguously won it in 2016 and unambiguously lost it in 2020. The thing is that Trump's entire shtick at the moment is based on calling the EC's vote in 2020 invalid and that in reality it should have voted for him.
In order to run in 2024, he has to acknowledge the EC's supremacy in deciding who gets to be president. But if he does that, he undercuts the entire argument he has about how he should have won 2020. He's acknowledging that the electorate slate in 2020 MUST have been legitimate.
No matter what, to run in 2024, he has to admit to losing in 2020.
