East nashville, TN area some repetitive low hum that you can hear through the floor all night.

and just now it damn near burst my eardrums, it's back with a vengeance during the daytime apparently,
6:40PM here.
Other odd noise instances around Nashville were the result of a ship's horn, but this one seems more like it would be electrical in nature.
