I've been saying this: debt relief is just going to be a constant campaign promise only made good on when the current Democrat President fucks things up so much that he needs it for votes.
Without forcing regulations onto the universities regarding which degrees can be awarded loans, this will repeat.
The universities were lobbying Congress for those loans because they had a headcount shortage. They didn't want restrictions on anything because once they got the money, they didn't care about their students until they were forced to publish employment rates for their graduates.

You have to qualify for a private loan. No teenager can do that. Which is fine, because normal people could have a parent who qualifies co-sign.
But niggers couldn’t, because their parents credit would be as shit as the teenager, and they wouldn’t qualify either so they couldn’t co-sign.
It’s the exact same shit that caused that mortgage clusterfuck in 2008 or so. The dems got the government to back mortgages because muh poor niggers couldn’t qualify for them and get a house, because the evil racist credit reports said they wouldn’t pay it back.
