I personally wonder whether there are still people in the Defense Ministry (as well as in other security agencies), even if not of great mental ability, but at least with a preserved instinct for self-preservation? Or has "reverse selection" gone so far that - like drunken homeless people and addicts - these people have lost the ability to plan beyond the next evening? After all, they are taught and taught by Ukrainian people - but there is no result - time after time, time after time ...
