Its like the word "cracker". They go on about muh seeznin like it makes them more refined without, as usual, knowing their own history. The cuts of meat most slaves or just regular blacks would get would be almost inedible, basically spoiled. Coating it in spicy seasoning helped mask the rot flavor and capsaicin has antimicrobial properties that kept some of them from shitting themselves to death, maybe just shitting themselves a bit. They don't deserve clean fresh food and they think this makes them somehow virtuous, as the idea of eating normal food you can actually taste is, to them, white supremacy. Their sick burn, not unlike calling someone a cracker, is a bold admittance to inferiority and shame.
