It's generic business casual. It could be virtually anything.

There is no reason to wear a tie or jacket if you are inside or in warm weather all the time. Work uniforms are meant to suit working conditions, and anyone who isn't front-facing doesn't need a suit, especially in America where they are all ill-fitting and few know how to wear them and tailored suits are expensive.

There is literally no reason to learn how to do a tie unless you are particularly fat or thin. Zip up training ties are fine for your average disheveled, ill-fitting suit you'd see guys wearing in the 90's before business casual became 24/7
